Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources Laredo Software Program On-Line Access Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A BULK DATA & IMAGING CONTRACT. Bulk data and imaging is offered via the Monarch software from Fidlar Technologies, LLC, and a separate agreement with Blue Earth County.

THIS AGREEMENT, effective January 1, 2026, and thereafter, by and between the County of Blue Earth,Minnesota, a municipal corporation, by and through Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources" and, User Name* hereinafter referred to as "User."

C. Terms of Agreement

The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the first (1st) day of , 20Year

If during the term of this Agreement, the Blue Earth County Board of Commissioners fails to appropriate sufficient funds to carry out Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources obligations under this Agreement, this Agreement shall be automatically terminated as of the date funds are no longer available and without further notice.

Agreement renewal will be determined at the sole discretion of Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources from time to time with written notice to the User. If User chooses not to renew under the new Agreement, User’s previous Agreement will be terminated without further notice.

Addendum A to this Agreement will be determined at the sole discretion of Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources from time to time with written notice to the User. If User chooses not to renew under the new terms of Addendum A, User’s previous Agreement will be terminated without further notice.

Overage Charge: Per minute charge for each minute over the plan that was originally signed-up for.

Document/Results Print: Users will be charged $.40 per printed/downloaded page for image maintenance. For print results or print details, which provides the county's indexed data, there will also be a $.40 per page charge.

Monthly fees are not prorated. Subscriber will setup a Laredo Connect account to receive monthly invoices, view charges, etc.

Only one person can use the password at a time.

Upon receipt of initial payment, User will choose a username. Password will be assigned at activation.

Any changes to existing plans must be requested within the last five (5) days of the month for the next month's services.
